台北市一名復康巴士駕駛載著視障人士要去上班，結果路上卻無故被2名騎機車的年輕人
攔車，駕駛放慢速度，表明車內載有視障人士，但年輕人卻不理會，反而飆罵髒話，一
路跟車，甚至試圖攻擊，最後駕駛氣的拿出手機錄影蒐證向警方報案。
